So long, OPI!, Sayonara, and Essie! The hottest nail color for fall is officially Facebook's Social Butterfly Blue, only available in their Bay Area campus store and arguably the least necessary thing ever. Yes, a tech editor visiting the Facebook campus in Menlo Park, California, spotted the lacquer yesterday and tweeted (not Facebooked) a photo, because it's 2013 and this is just how things are now.
As pictured, the color is called "Social Butterfly Blue" (!!), and it has a weird little icon of a butterfly rather than the company's logo (c'mon!), and, as Mashable reports, it's only available in the campus store, not for online order. So much for a fun new color for fall. (It's actually kind of a pretty hue, right?)
Also coming soon to retailers near you: Twitter toothpaste in "subtweet mint," and a luxurious Instagram BB cream that makes your face look like it's passed through an Amaro filter.
